Multicultural Cognitive and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy for Individuals and Families in English and Spanish
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
If you suffer from panic attacks, obsessive thoughts, unrelenting worries, or an incapacitating phobia, you may have an anxiety disorder. CBT is a short-term psychotherapy used for a number of mental illnesses.
Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)
DBT skills are an effective way to overcome unwanted, dysfunctional behaviors such as binging, purging, anger and cutting. DBT is used to help people change patterns of behavior such as self-harm, suicidal thinking, and substance abuse.
